Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery within India typically takes between 7 to 11 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and unforeseen weather or logistical delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Breathe Planters purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for "change of mind" reasons. Returns and replacements are strictly limited to instances where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Transit Damage & Defective Products 

 

At Breathe Planters, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before shipment. Since our products are physical goods, if your planter arrives damaged or broken due to transit issues, or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@breatheplanters.com. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

You must include clear photographic evidence along with an uncut and un-edited video of the entire unboxing process. Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
